This special wine was made to honor "Cactus" who was a kind and gentle giant of a Longhorn and filled our lives with such joy. He was the "rock" of his herd. On the 12th of January, 2016, cancer took Cactus from us. Many of God's creatures are subject to cancer. He lives on in our hearts and will never be forgotten.
